Touristic Visa

1. Completed 1 Visa Application Form, 2 photos affixed (biometric, 2 inch x 2 inch size, straight face, white background, no digital manipulation)

2.Passport having validity of at least 240 days (8 months) with at least 2 blank pages

3. Cover letter

4.Invitation letter from a Turkish citizen with Turkish NIC copy (if any)

5.Airline ticket with flight details

6.Hotel voucher

7.Stamped and signed Bank statement of last 3 months with account maintenance certificate from the bank

8.Salary slip (if any)

9.Contract of Employment or letter from employer (if any)

10.Photocopies of 1^st page and visa pages of current and previous passports

11. Chamber Certificate (if any)

12. NTN Certificate (if any)

13. Property Documents (if any)

14. Residence Permit (if any)

15. Marriage Certificate (if any)

16. Work Permit (if any)

Business Visa

1.Completed 1 Visa Application Form, 2 photos affixed (biometric, 2 inch x 2 inch size, straight face, white background, no digital manipulation)

2.Passport having validity of at least 180 days (6 months) with at least 2 blank pages

3.Cover letter

4.Invitation letter from Turkish company along with the tax payer certificate ("Vergi Levhası" in Turkish) of the inviter

5.Airline ticket with flight details

6.Hotel voucher

7.Stamped and signed Bank statement of last 3 months with account maintenance certificate from the bank. Bank statemen should be personal or the name and CNIC of the applicant should be mentioned.

8.Salary slip

9.Contract of Employment or letter from employer (if any)

10.Photocopies of 1^st page and visa pages of current and previous passports

11.Chamber Certificate (if any)

12.NTN Certificate (if any)

13.Property Documents (if any)

14.Residence Permit (if any)

15.Marriage Certificate (if any)

16. Work Permit (if any)

Student Visa

1.Completed 1 Visa Application Form, 2 photos affixed (biometric, 2 inch x 2 inch size, straight face, white background, no digital manipulation)

2.Passport having validity of at least 180 days (6 months) with at least 2 blank pages

3.Cover letter

4.Acceptance letter from a Turkish University or Language Center

5.Airline ticket with flight details

6.Hotel voucher

7.Stamped and signed Bank statement of last 3 months with account maintenance certificate from the bank or affidavit of support

8.Photocopies of 1^st page and visa pages of current and previous passports

9.Photocopies of admission letter and diplomas (The original copies of admission letter and diplomas must be presented during the visa application and will be returned to applicant)

Work Visa

1.Completed 1 Visa Application Form, 2 photos affixed (biometric, 2 inch x 2 inch size, straight face, white background, no digital manipulation)

2.Passport having validity of at least 180 days (6 months) with at least 2 blank pages

3.Cover letter

4.Reference letter from Turkish employer

5.One copy of the signed work contract with Turkish employer

6.Contract of previous employment(s) or letter from previous employer(s)

7.Airline ticket with flight details

8.Hotel voucher

9.Stamped and signed Bank statement of last 3 months with account maintenance certificate from the bank

10.Photocopies of 1^st page and visa pages of current and previous passports

11.Residence Permit (if any)

12.Work Permit (if any)
