With the aim of preventing the sread of poliovirus worldwide, World Health Organization recommends a travel restriction forresidents andlong-term visitors (i.e. 4 weeks)traveling from Pakistan, Syria and Cameroon. In this context, the visa applicants are kindly requested to submit their certificatesproving that concerned person has received Oral Polio Vaccine or Inactivated Polio Vaccinebetween 4 weeks to 12 months prior to their international travel.
